The price of nappies

With the rapidly declining pound, Matt has gone on a penny-saving mission and realised that we spend about £450 a year on nappies.

His first suggestion - that we use terry nappies - I refused point blank. I know that's what you and I were probably brought up on, but quite frankly, Oscar's poo is squidgy enough (think of all that nice fruit in Thailand) without it soaking into something that has to be reused.

So we have compromised and Oscar's gone from the most expensive brand of nappies to the cheapest.
